In 2020 a cross-functional our team took ownership of the TechDocs App. A product owned by Firestone Building Products that was used by building contractors around the US. The first challenge was to make it functional again and compatible with the latest versions of Android and iOS. Once that goal was achieved, we ran a Spark, one of our discovery methodologies, to help them think about the future of the product. Early in 2022, FSBP was acquired by Holcim and we’ve stay engaged to help them align the app with the new brand.
