Creative & Product Design Leader

🎩I wear many hats: design leader, innovation strategist, interaction designer, and design sprint facilitator. Amateur salsa dancer 🕺🏻, plant lover 🌿, and fresh air breather 🪁!

I’m currently working at Zemoga as a Designer Manager, where I drive innovation and spearhead creative solutions to complex problems. I am responsible for leading a team of designers, overseeing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

As a Design Manager:

- I manage, mentor, and guide a team of UX/UI design and product designers, providing design direction and pushing the high quality of our design work.

- I establish and promote a healthy team culture that works hand in hand with cross-functional partners, other disciplines, and our design team.

- I support our growth in hiring and coaching new team members.

As a Strategist:

- I build links with other business areas at all levels of the organization, influencing business decisions and advocating for user-centered and product design.

- I find ways to make things work for the client, stakeholders, end-users, and the business goals.

- I work seamlessly with teams across a variety of software development processes, taking into account: UX/UI best practices, user-centered design process and techniques, and translating research insights to design strategy.

I hold a Bachelor's in Interaction Design and a Master's in Design & Innovation with a strong background in service design. My work experience includes leading teams in digital marketing as well as web design (UI and UX)

Through strategy and design, we can create products and services that drive long-lasting and emotional bonds between companies and their customers. As an innovation strategist and designer I can easily work on the different components needed for a meaningful transformation: Design - by being user-centric, Business - by exploring market opportunities, and Technology - by bringing together the capabilities to make it possible.
